The Amsterdam IADL Questionnaire is free for not-for-profit use (research and clinical). Please fill out the request form if you would like to use the 30-items version of the Amsterdam IADL Questionnaire.
You can test the digital version here. Please note, this is a demo version, showcasing a curated selection of questions. For access to the complete digital version, kindly complete our online request form.
